Timber arrives & the mould frames are cut out.
Mould Frames are set up on the strong back and levelled before being
faired.

The laminated stem is positioned & Cedar planking begins.

The Planking is completed, the retaining screws are removed & holes
filled.

A FRP fore foot is moulded over foam and fitted to the Cedar hull.

After 2 layers of UD glass & much fairing, finally 2 coats of sprayed epoxy primer.

The moulded hull is turned over and loaded up for transport to a new
home.
The coach roof is moulded & 2 layers of UD glass applied.
Internal glass/epoxy in the bilge & forward frames bonded in
place.

Internal framework is nearly complete.
